    Ok fellas,
    ive just taken advantage of team hrvtska special.
    now I’m a lazy kunt and I like many use gear to make up for the shortfall in my training and diet.
    if I’m being honest my diet and training are at 50-60%.
    but with some guidance I will get that up to 80-90%, so I’m looking forward to some new gains as I’ve been stuck on 95kgs @ 11-13% bf for a while now.

    gotta say I’ve only just answered his questions and gotten my plan but I’m already blown away by the ease and professionalism of the process.
    ive had a few ppl write up training protocols and meal prep over the years all of which say they customise it to the individual, but this individual is a fussy kunt and won’t eat veggies or yogurt, yet still my meal plans have been loaded up with veggies.
    well not wit team hrvtska .
    the meal plan provided also gives plenty of options which is a bonus cos I hate eating same chit time and time again.
    the meal plan and training structure is simple and well explained.
    couldnt be happier wit my investment , I’ll keep the forum updated on my progress.
    starting on Monday .
    if any of you boys are like me and there training is stale or your stuck on a plateau.

      I start my plan on Feb 3 after I finish my current cut. Can’t wait to start & see what the team can come up with for me!!

          Current stats
          weigh in upon awakening 93.8 kegs
          180cm, 11-13% bf , 39yo.
          GOAL- 100kegs same or lower bf %.
          improve arm/leg/chest measurements.
          will get a deca scan on Monday before I start the program .
