      K1kbak I’m in the same boat, these guys have done more for me in 4 weeks than I could have ever expected, eating more food, enjoyable food with great variety and along with their training program, all they need is commitment from us and the rewards will come

      I hear you man, it hasn’t been that tough with the meals, haven’t felt hungry or like I’m missing out on anything. More importantly it probably halved my shopping bill for the week

    Calfzilla With the team for nearly 6 months now. He eats 6,500+ calories a day. He follows his meal plan, training programs. He is consistent and get's the results. Proud of your hard work over the last 21 weeks mate.

    Hrvtska gains have been excellent
    But the willpower gains from making myself eat this food have been huge now I have room for more gotta get it in to get to that 120kg

        Rekon it's time I did something for myself; always grinded along, getting decent results, when I fully commit..But it can be hard to be fully honest with yourself..and hold yourself totally accountable..especially when life throws s**t your way constantly..time I hit these guys up I think.

If it was up to the team we would be blowing him up to 120kg+ and have him scaring the locals but he is happy with his current size. Very proud of your achievements thus far mate.
